The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a Senior Producer, Social Media to craft video, graphics, and written content for all social channels. The role entails ideating, producing, and delivering timely creative content while aligning with brand strategy.

You will monitor broadcasts, identify social content opportunities, mentor a team of producers, and help optimize posting workflows across platforms. Travel ~20% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• Generally, 5+ years of experience in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of social media networks.

Responsabilités

• Create original video and graphic content for all platforms that aligns with the network's brand.
• Monitor broadcasts and identify content for social platforms.
• Collaborate with On-Air and Creative Services teams on the development of social-specific content.
• Work with social and digital teams to develop and refine workflow and posting strategy.
• Capture b-roll, interviews and other content at live events and on set.
• Mentor a team of social media producers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the social media producer team, including task delegation and scheduling.
• Coordinate content requests from Social Media Managers to align with brand strategy.
