You will manage day-to-day client relationships, develop strategic recommendations, and deliver high-quality client service with a social-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or public relations.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies from planning through measurement.
• Experience supporting executive thought leadership, corporate communications, or B2B social media programs is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and high-profile clients with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including adapting messaging for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, anticipating client needs and providing proactive counsel.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure work aligns with objectives and budget.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing across client communications, strategic documents, and social content.
• Develop social content and messaging across major platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn and executive thought leadership.
• Lead integrated social strategies including audience research, content planning, social listening, and measurement.
• Analyze performance and translate data into actionable recommendations that support business goals.
• Lead strategy sessions, brainstorms, and presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative, paid media, analytics, and account teams for integrated programs.
