Qualifications

• 4+ years of PR agency experience required.
• Experience working with C-Suite executives.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) and willingness to learn as tools evolve.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO and C-Suite on strategic communications and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop and execute media relations strategies to raise visibility across core practices.
• Secure interviews, bylined articles, speaking engagements, and awards to boost executive profile.
• Pitch company stories, executive commentary, and timely news stories to outlets.
• Maintain relationships with trade media and manage editorial calendars.
• Coordinate cross-agency communications and marketing efforts.
