Qualifications

• 2-3 years in digital communications and marketing positions in roles focused on social media.
• Experience supporting clients or organizations in their social media programs.
• Strong knowledge of social media, including content formats, available ad targeting and analytics capabilities.
• Experience working closely with teams such as creative, strategy, media planning and PR.
• Familiarity with senior-level stakeholders and clients.
• A passion for tracking social media and influencer trends and translating them into insights.
• Knowledge of social media listening programs and turning findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of social media campaigns integrated with paid, owned, and earned programs.
• Educate clients and colleagues on emerging trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Implement digital engagement campaigns for top-tier clients.
• Support platform strategy for multiple clients and internal functions.
• Manage client social channels including editorial planning, content development, paid media, listening, monitoring and analytics.
• Inform development of effective social media assets to resonate with priority audiences.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact with reliable project management and strategic counsel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Support new business development in pitches and presentations.
