• Experience coordinating influencer contracting & negotiations

• Self-starter with initiative and fresh thinking
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment

Responsibilities

• Support development of influencer strategy across multiple tiers
• Discover, vet, and recommend influencer talent aligned to client goals
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding
• Support content production, asset management, and timeline tracking
• Coordinate approvals across client, legal, and agency teams
• Collaborate with paid social team to optimize content for amplification
• Monitor trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
• Identify process improvements and new opportunities for the influencer team
• Help manage reporting, performance tracking, and learnings
