Job summary

NinjaTrader Live is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own and grow NinjaTrader Live's social presence. You will shape strategy, create compelling content, and collaborate with the Design Team to maintain a strong brand voice.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a dynamic content calendar, and drive live-viewership and registrations while ensuring compliance. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing and is a senior individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Senior individual contributor owning strategy for NinjaTrader Live social channels.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and copy for multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trend formats.
• Experience coordinating with design, video, and product teams.
• Comfort with measurement, reporting, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for NinjaTrader Live across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook.
• Ideate, write, and publish posts with a consistent brand voice.
• Develop social assets in collaboration with Design Team.
• Manage content roadmap and calendar with evergreen and timely content.
• Lead VOD clip production with timestamps and captions for platforms.
• Drive viewership to livestreams and convert to registrations and newsletters.
• Oversee campaigns, launches, and compliance workflows for branding.
• Manage community guidelines, responses, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and growth teams.
• Deliver weekly social metrics reports showing growth and engagement.
