NinjaTrader, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a seasoned social media leader to own strategy for NinjaTrader Prop and ecosystem across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook. You will craft content, grow engagement, and ensure a strong brand voice across platforms.

You’ll manage influencers and the social content roadmap, collaborate with product and growth teams, and analyze performance to drive data-driven decisions. Hybrid in-office schedule with generous PTO and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 6+ years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing with proven ownership of major programs.
• Deep knowledge of the futures, prop trading, or crypto space.
• Experience building and leading community management programs.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving content environment with short-form video and meme culture.
• Strong graphic design and video editing experience (Adobe Premiere or similar).
• Experience with Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Jira/ClickUp/Monday.com; AI tools in workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy for NinjaTrader Prop and Ecosystem social accounts across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, ideating, creating, and publishing content.
• Manage the Prop social content roadmap and calendar from concept to publishing.
• Develop and maintain a strong, social-first, brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
• Monitor platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Design your own social assets, coordinate with the design team to ensure cohesive visuals and oversee copywriting and asset coordination.
• Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners on post scheduling and asset sharing across channels.
• Support Video Producer on Prop projects by repurposing long-form video into short-form clips and writing captions/subtitles.
• Own community management across all NinjaTrader brand accounts by setting guidelines, escalation paths, and day-to-day responses.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with content, product, and growth teams, aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
• Track and analyze performance, turning insights into data-driven recommendations and shaping content strategy.
