Job summary

NinjaTrader Live seeks a seasoned Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. You will craft engaging content, drive live-viewership, and distill insights into data-driven decisions.

This role requires 6+ years in social media/digital marketing, strong writing, and a trader-focused voice. Hybrid Chicago-based with remote flexibility on select states.

Qualifications

End-to-end ownership of a major social or content program.
Deep knowledge of futures, prop trading, or crypto space.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving live content environment.
Strong writing and concise captions.

Responsibilities

Own strategy for NinjaTrader Live across platforms.
Ideate, create, and publish content with compelling copy.
Develop brand voice and visual identity for social.
Manage content roadmap and calendar with fast turnaround.
Lead VOD clip production and turn live shows into clips.
Drive viewership to livestreams and convert to registrants.
Oversee copy, captions, assets; ensure compliance workflows.
Own community management and escalation paths.
Cross-functional collaboration with content, product, growth.
Deliver weekly social metrics reporting and data-driven insights.
