Job summary

NinjaTrader is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager, NT Live, to own and grow NinjaTrader Live’s social presence. You’ll develop strategy, create content, and manage the community across multiple platforms, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing.

You’ll lead content pillars, collaborate with Design, and drive measurable results through AI-assisted ideation, copy, and analysis. A strong background in social for financial brands and live content is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a major social or content program with measurable results for a financial brand, media company, or creator.
• Deep knowledge of futures, prop trading, or crypto spaces and audience culture.
• Proven experience building and leading community management programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for NinjaTrader Live across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook, setting channel goals.
• Ideate, create, and publish content with copy that reflects the livestream’s tone and personality, using AI tools for ideation and copy.
• Develop and maintain a social-first brand voice and visuals, collaborating with Design Team for assets.
• Manage the content roadmap and calendar with evergreen and time-sensitive content.
• Lead VOD clip production with timestamps, captions, and on-screen text.
• Drive viewership and registrations for Live initiatives, engaging influencers and partners.
• Oversee copywriting, captions, assets, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Own community management with guidelines, escalation paths, and sentiment monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and growth while aligning stakeholders.
• Deliver weekly metrics and data-driven recommendations to shape strategy and budget.
