Job summary

ThreeTrader is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our organic social strategy, content planning and community growth. You will turn our brand and market insights into engaging content for traders across platforms.

The ideal candidate combines creative judgment with commercial thinking, platform knowledge and an understanding of financial markets, including working within regulated environments. Flexible working is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media or content marketing, including senior or lead roles.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms (X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LINE).
• Ability to interpret performance data and make decisions from evidence.
• Experience creating multi-format content and managing production.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy across multiple platforms and communities.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and market events.
• Create platform-specific content including education, market commentary and storytelling.
• Brief designers, editors, writers and external partners.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and adapt content per platform.
• Manage publishing, engagement, and social listening.
• Identify trends and respond to market developments quickly.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry communities; coordinate with paid media teams.
• Ensure content complies with financial-promotion, legal and compliance rules.
• Track performance and translate insights into content improvements.
