NinjaTrader Live is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own and grow NinjaTrader Live's social presence. You will shape strategy, create compelling content, and collaborate with the Design Team to maintain a strong brand voice.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage a dynamic content calendar, and drive live-viewership and registrations while ensuring compliance. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing and is a senior individual contributor.

What you'll do:

NinjaTrader Live is our live trading network, and our Social Media team is how it reaches traders far beyond the stream. As Social Media Manager, NT Live, you'll own and grow NinjaTrader Live's social presence, turning the livestream's personalities, segments, and community into content that stops the scroll and brings viewers back day after day. This is a senior individual contributor role: you'll own strategy and deliver measurable results, working day-to-day with the Social Media team and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content Marketing.

In this role you will:

• Own the strategy for NinjaTrader Live business accounts across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, setting channel goals and content pillars, deciding where each type of content performs best, and staying on top of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging channels
• Ideate, create, and publish content with compelling copy that brings the livestream's tone and personality to every post, blending trader education, real-time market takes, and trader-native humor and memes where they land, using AI tools daily across copy, ideation, and analysis
• Develop and maintain a strong, social-first, company-approved NinjaTrader Live brand voice and visual identity, adapting content natively for each platform and designing your own social assets in collaboration with the internal Design Team
• Manage the content roadmap and calendar, balancing always-on evergreen content with time-sensitive market commentary and fast turnaround on in-show moments and breaking news
• Lead VOD clip production by extracting timestamps and working with the team and our marketing Video Producer to cut live shows into platform-ready clips with captions, subtitles, and on-screen text
• Drive viewership to the livestream and convert audience into registrants for NinjaTrader Live initiatives such as live events, trading competitions, and newsletters, leveraging the reach of on-air guests and contributors and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners
• Oversee copywriting, caption development, and asset coordination for campaigns and product launches, and design, document, and follow compliance workflows and approval processes so all published content meets regulatory and brand standards
• Own community management across NinjaTrader Live's social channels by setting community guidelines, response standards, and escalation paths, directing day-to-day responses to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags, cultivating an engaged and loyal trading community, and monitoring brand mentions and sentiment to flag emerging issues
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with content, product, and growth teams, driving alignment without formal authority, and represent the social media function for NinjaTrader Live in cross-functional forums while advising other business units and building relationships with Manager- and Director-level stakeholders
• Deliver weekly social metrics reporting that ties audience growth, click-through
