Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to oversee and harmonize social media across all dealerships and brands. You will ensure content aligns with branding, guidelines, and advertising regulations, while supporting engaging customer interactions.

You will train staff, monitor performance via analytics, and collaborate with Marketing, BDC, and leadership to raise brand awareness and drive business objectives. This hybrid role requires travel to dealership locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years in social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social and Meta Business Suite; strong analytics and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of FTC advertising regulations and social media compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social media activity across all dealerships and brands for consistency with standards.
• Monitor content created by dealership personnel for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review posts, promotions, and communications for branding and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and communicate social media guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate with leadership to address content that does not meet standards.
• Identify noncompliant content and coordinate necessary corrections or removals.
• Maintain consistent branding and professional presentation across accounts.
• Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel on social media practices.
