Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to oversee and enhance social media across all dealership locations and brands. You will ensure content aligns with branding, guidelines, and advertising regulations, while training staff and improving overall performance.

Working closely with Marketing, BDC, and General Managers, you will drive brand consistency, engage audiences, and support business objectives through strategic content and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and analytics skills.
• Knowledge of FTC advertising regulations and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social media activity across all dealerships and affiliated brands.
• Monitor content for compliance with company policies and advertising rules.
• Develop and communicate social media guidelines and best practices.
• Provide training and coaching to dealership personnel on social media.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to improve content and brand consistency.
