• Engage the community and manage interactions on top networks per store.
• Address reputation management with proactive outreach for positive reviews.
• Perform social listening to monitor conversations in the region.
• Ensure directory listings are accurate and consistent.
• Collaborate on SEO and blogging initiatives.
• Report performance and ideas to general managers.
• Analyze site traffic, social engagement, and review data.
• Curate content to share relevant info with audiences.
