The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative execution, overseeing influencer partnerships, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration with Communications, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading social strategy for a major brand.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and platform trends.
• Strong written communication and editorial judgment.
• Experience managing end-to-end photo/video production and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own FerrariUSA strategy, editorial calendar, publishing and audience growth.
• Lead end-to-end content production including shoots, briefs and post‑production.
• Manage agencies, photographers, editors and creators to deliver on time and budget.
• Collaborate with global teams to align NA content with brand campaigns.
