Placements24 seeks a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to lead our fully remote social efforts, driving brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms. You will craft compelling content, monitor sentiment, and build vibrant online communities that amplify our clients' voices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in social media and community management.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies for brands.
• Experience using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong brand voice.
• Creative storyteller with content creation skills.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
• Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including text, image, and video, tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to foster positive community interaction.
• Build and nurture online communities, encouraging user-generated content and fostering brand advocacy.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generating regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns and cohesive messaging.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
