Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with online communities and build positive relationships.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their respective community dynamics.
• Proficiency in using social media management and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for brand building and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community management strategies to foster engagement and build brand loyalty on social media.
• Monitor social media channels for conversations, mentions, comments, and direct messages.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
• Proactively engage with followers, spark conversations, and foster a positive and supportive community environment.
• Identify and escalate customer service issues, product feedback, or potential PR crises to relevant internal teams.
• Share user-generated content and highlight community contributions.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure community engagement strategies are aligned with overall marketing efforts.
• Track and report on community engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and key trends.
• Moderate online discussions to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with social media community management best practices and emerging platforms.
