Content Creators is seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead organic social programs for Meta’s Developer Marketing team. You will shape strategy, own content development, and drive audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

You will manage creator partnerships, leverage AI tools to streamline production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in organic social media strategy, content creation, publishing, and community management.
• Proven success driving measurable organic audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Strong experience across major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging video focused and platform native social content.
• Experience managing creator and influencer programs from development through execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute organic social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Develop and manage content calendars supporting launches and initiatives.
• Create platform native content including short form video and interactive formats.
• Identify trends to develop timely content and lead storytelling and copywriting.
