1000heads is seeking an Account Director to lead influencer and social-first campaigns for a leading tech brand. You will manage key client relationships, oversee retainer and project work, and drive new business initiatives while guiding a cross-functional team to successful delivery.

The role blends internal leadership with external client service, emphasizing growth, collaboration, and innovation. Hybrid work with travel to client sites is expected.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of agency experience.
• Experience with influencers, creators and talent.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Ability to travel (10–20%)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project schedules and deliverables across the cross‑department internal team to ensure client needs are met.
• Manage and track progress across functions, workstreams, and milestones; oversee cross‑functional execution for launch strategy and ongoing execution.
• Develop and deliver strategic client presentations with concise, creative, insights‑based, social‑first solutions.
• Present to clients and attend client meetings and partner meetings.
• Own the financials for clients: forecasts, budgets and investments; coordinate with finance for timely invoices.
• Ensure work quality meets client requirements and agency standards.
• Develop team members through training and growth coaching.
• Monitor industry trends and develop trend reports and case studies.
• Take on leadership in retainer clients, new business initiatives, and leverage client relationships for growth.
• Ability to travel.
