Job summary

1000heads is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead influencer strategy and relationships across tech and telecom clients. You will collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver social-first campaigns.

The role requires deep influencer marketing expertise, creator partnerships, and campaign execution at scale, with hybrid 2 days in-office in one of the US offices (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami).

Qualifications

• 4–6 years account handling or influencer management experience required.
• Agency or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approach.
• Identify, vet, and build strong, authentic relationships with influencers and creators across platforms.
• Oversee briefing, content development, and approvals to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content production, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead event and activation planning, including creator participation, logistics, and on-site execution where required.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate reporting, including performance tracking and campaign analysis.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
