1000heads is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead influencer strategy and manage creator relationships for tech and telecom clients. You will collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver social-first campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years account handling or influencer management experience required.
• Agency or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of influencer and creator landscape across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approach.
• Identify, vet, and build authentic relationships with influencers and creators across platforms.
• Oversee briefing, content development, and approvals to align with client objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content production, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead event and activation planning, including creator participation, logistics, and on-site execution.
