1000heads seeks an enthusiastic Account Director with a strong background in social media, influencer, and cultural marketing to manage key client relationships and drive growth. You will lead retainer clients, campaigns, and new business while guiding a team and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in agency settings, experience with large influencer programs, and a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency experience; tech or related industry is a strong advantage.
• Experience leading influencer programs and social-first campaigns.
• Experience with social media, creators and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-department internal team schedules to meet client needs.
• Manage progress across functions and milestones for launch strategy.
• Develop strategic client presentations and innovative social-first solutions.
• Present to clients and attend meetings and partner events.
• Own client financials, budgets, forecasts, and invoicing with finance team.
• Ensure work quality meets client requirements and agency standards.
• Coach and develop team members for growth.
• Track market changes and develop trend reports and case studies.
• Lead retainer and new business initiatives leveraging client relationships.
• Travel as needed (10-20%).
