Job summary

1000heads is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead influencer strategy and manage creator relationships across tech and telecom clients. You will collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, Creative, and Insights to deliver social-first campaigns.

The role requires strong influencer marketing experience, with cross-functional collaboration and a results-driven mindset in a hybrid, office-based setting in the US.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years account handling or influencer management experience
• Agency or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the influencer/creator landscape across platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy across campaigns, including profiling, creator selection, and engagement approach
• Identify, vet, and build authentic relationships with influencers and creators across platforms
• Oversee briefing, content development, and approvals to align with client objectives
• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content production and timelines
• Lead event and activation planning, including creator participation and on-site execution
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on brief, to a high standard
• Maintain accurate reporting, including performance tracking and campaign analysis
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
