DEPT® is seeking a Mid/Senior Creative with a passion for social, culture and ideas to develop organic social concepts across brands. You will take ideas from initial brief through concepting, storyboarding and production, delivering social content that feels native to each platform.

You will combine strong creative thinking with excellent writing and a keen understanding of how content performs on social feeds. Presentations and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a social-first creative role, either in an agency or in-house.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first concepts and creative thinking.
• Experience with concepting, copywriting and content production.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and how content performs on them.
• A genuine interest in internet culture and social trends.
• Ability to turn trends and insights into creative ideas.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence presenting and explaining creative ideas.
• Experience collaborating with designers, editors and other creative disciplines.
• Ability to work quickly and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ownership and teamwork with an international team

Responsabilités

• Develop standout ideas for organic social, both planned and reactive.
• Concept social-first content, formats and campaign ideas.
• Write engaging copy, hooks, scripts and social captions.
• Create storyboards, treatments and creative presentations.
• Use cultural trends, audience insights and data to inform thinking.
• Present and sell creative ideas clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, media specialists and account teams.
• Attend and contribute to social-first shoots and productions.
• Adapt ideas to different platforms, audiences and brand voices.
• Use performance data to improve social content.
• Follow brand tone and legal/approval guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
