100Percent is seeking a Senior Social Designer to craft aesthetically pleasing content that captures our clients' brands and stops audiences mid-scroll. You will collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and editors to create social-first concepts that are emotional, on-brand, and performance-driven.

You’ll translate briefs into evocative visuals for feeds, stories, reels, and paid media, ensure production-ready deliverables, and stay ahead of platform trends with a platform-native mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio demonstrating strong social-first creative across multiple platforms and formats — required for application.
• 5–7 years of proven work experience as a Social Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep understanding of social platform specifications, behaviors, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in motion basics. Experience with After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Figma Slides.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to combine colors, fonts, and layouts effectively for social environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while contributing to team projects.
• Exceptional attention to visual detail and platform-specific nuance.

• Explore a wide range of creative possibilities and ideas with a platform-native mindset.
• Create evocative visual solutions tailored to the formats, behaviors, and audiences of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Translate client briefs into social creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Develop and refine visual assets optimized for social formats: feeds, Stories, Reels, paid media, and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, and editors to deliver cohesive social creative output.
• Maintain consistency of design elements across all social touchpoints.
• Communicate your ideas clearly with the creative director and broader team.
• Participate in client presentations and articulate design rationale confidently.
• Ensure final deliverables are production-ready, on-format, and meet quality standards.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to bring fresh, timely ideas to the team.
