Accenture PLC seeks a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements and to drive client value through strong leadership and deep security expertise. You will steward scoping, delivery, and mentoring of teams while collaborating with partners to deliver cutting-edge capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing target-state architectures, overseeing threat detection engineering, and aligning with senior executives on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles in SOC, Security Architecture or related consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years shown; 6 years if associate’s degree).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks.
