Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements for diverse clients in the United States. You will own scoping, delivery, and staff coaching, translating complex security needs into business-ready narratives for directors and the C-suite.

You will drive development of security offerings, mentor senior consultants and collaborate across domains such as Cloud Security and AI security to deliver integrated solutions. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 7 years in design, optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on any leading SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the SOC, Security Architecture or equivalent consulting roles.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Secure AI, Agentic coding, AI architecture, or AI governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing frameworks tailored to client environments.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms in modernization programs.
• Create battle-tested IR runbooks and enable automation using AI capabilities via playbooks.
