Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Security Consultant to drive modernization and secure cloud migrations. You will design secure architectures for .NET, Java, SAP, and SQL in cloud contexts, and implement DevSecOps controls across the secure SDLC to protect client environments.

Expected to lead security assessments, manage engagements, and mentor junior staff while expanding secure framework assets and methods across critical projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in application security with focus on modernizing security frameworks.
• Experience migrating, assessing, and securing .NET, Java, SAP, and SQL in cloud settings.
• Proficiency with security tooling: SAST, SCA, DAST, ASPM, CNAPP, WAF, Secrets and Container Scanning.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and translate security needs into modernization plans.
• Design modern security architectures for .NET, Linux web apps, Java apps, and SQL databases in cloud environments.
• Provide security expertise during migration of legacy apps to cloud, ensuring standards are met.
• Implement DevSecOps controls through secure SDLC.
• Deliver security solutions including AI agents and Harnesses.
• Coach junior practitioners and develop reusable security assets.
