Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity or security operations experience, including leadership in SOC.
• Experience in MSSP/MSP/MDR or multi-client security operations environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations of a 24x7x365 SOC, ensuring detection, triage, investigation, escalation and response to security events.
• Develop and maintain incident-response playbooks, SOPs, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Manage SOC Supervisors and L1–L3 Analysts across multi-client environments.
• Coordinate with client Service Delivery Managers, security, network, governance, and external partners.
• Track SLAs, metrics, and drive continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.
