MatX Inc. is building a silicon platform for next-gen GenAI workloads in Mountain View, CA. We seek engineers to drive SOC RTL design, integration, and automation across architecture, verification, and PD teams.

The role emphasizes SystemVerilog proficiency, CPU/GPU/accelerator integration, and DV best practices. Strong collaboration and cutting-edge tooling are essential for performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and scripting (Python/Perl).
• Experience integrating CPUs/GPUs/accelerators in SOC RTLs.
• Knowledge of SOC-level verification and floorplan requirements.
• Experience with emulation platforms and DV methodologies desirable.
• Strong automation and RTL integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of silicon architecture-to-design methodology for full-chip SOC RTL design.
• Collaborate with SubSystem owners to enable SOC top-level RTL and block integration.
• Develop automation for SOC top-level RTL integration and on-the-fly generation.
• Coordinate with Physical Design to align RTL with floorplanning and interconnects.
• Establish clock and reset methodologies across teams.
• Define and support SOC timing constraints and validate against designs.
• Provide SOC pin requirements and assist in interposer netlist generation.
