Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field with 5–8 years of software engineering experience; or 10–12 years delivering production software.
• Staff-level experience designing and shipping embedded or SoC-based production systems with multi-team scope and end-to-end accountability.
• Deep C/C++ development experience for SoC applications, services, or middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux, QNX, or comparable SoC OS including IPC, multithreading, and resource management.
• Strong ability to translate cross-domain requirements into concrete system designs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve end-to-end SoC architecture spanning ADAS data producers, interfaces, OS services, middleware, and HMI applications.
• Architect and build a next-generation driver monitoring system from inputs to on-device perception and inference.
• Lead production SoC applications and services development using C/C++, including data processing and IPC.
• Translate requirements into practical cross-domain designs with clear interfaces, timing budgets, and validation strategies.
• Drive architecture reviews and align teams on trade-offs around performance, memory, compute, security, and reliability.
• Own multi-team workstreams from design through vehicle launch and maintenance.
• Establish practices for low-latency data pipelines exposing ADAS data to on-device consumers.
• Forecast and mitigate integration risks across ADAS, perception, HMI, and vehicle integration teams.
