You will drive architecture discussions, own major features end-to-end, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams on vehicle integration and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS / software engineering / CE / EE.
• 5+ years embedded software development for production products.
• Strong C/C++ on MCU and SoC platforms.
• System design and architecture skills with component decomposition.
• Experience with RTOS, BSPs, drivers, or low-level stacks.
• Experience with Embedded Linux, QNX, Yocto, IPC, and resource mgmt.
• Debugging/testing of embedded systems with debuggers, traces, bus analyzers, profilers (SiL/HiL).
• Version control, build systems, static analysis, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production automotive embedded systems spanning MCU firmware and SoC software using C/C++.
• Translate vehicle-level requirements into software architectures including interfaces and data flows.
• Participate in architecture reviews and discuss trade-offs for latency, determinism, memory, and safety.
• Build reliable interfaces between real-time MCU apps and SoC services for driver controls and alerts.
• Design software that behaves predictably across vehicle power states and fault conditions.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, HMI, ADAS, platform, and vehicle teams for bring-up and validation.
• Write clean, well-documented code following embedded standards and team practices.
• Debug cross-domain issues involving MCU, vehicle networks, IPC, OS behavior, and hardware interfaces.
