Job summary

LogicalisUS is seeking a Security Specialist to manage services for Managed Security Service customers. You will perform Tier 2 analysis, direct remediation, and mentor junior staff within a fast-moving security operations team.

The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, SOC analysts, and clients while maintaining up-to-date security threats, dashboards, and SOPs across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, esp. SOC/MSSP or mature security operations.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, endpoint, identity, cloud and network security data.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Strong incident analysis, triage, escalation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and client escalations with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and tune SOC tools; build dashboards for alert triage and threat hunting.
• Develop SOPs and use cases for monitoring and incident handling.
• Lead incident investigations and provide clear remediation guidance.
• Mentor junior colleagues and serve as escalation point.
• Produce incident response playbooks and consolidated status reports.
