Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SOC environments.
• Experience with managed services, including SLAs, KPIs, and incident handling.
• Strong incident response, threat hunting and advanced security analysis experience.
• Forensics experience across endpoint, network or cloud scenarios; SIEM tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services for MSSP clients and oversee SOC operations.
• Lead technical investigations, containment and remediation during incidents.
• Develop, maintain SOPs and playbooks for security monitoring and response.
• Provide Tier 3 analysis, threat intelligence and advanced investigations.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to service improvements and playbook evolution.
