Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst to act as a senior escalation point in the SOC.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6+ years in cybersecurity, strong SIEM/EDR experience, and the ability to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• 4-6+ years of cybersecurity, security operations, or incident response experience.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, firewalls, IDS/IPS or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking, threat detection, and incident response.
• Ability to troubleshoot and investigate complex security events.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for SOC analysts investigating alerts and incidents.
• Analyze suspicious activity and determine risk and appropriate response.
• Support incident containment, eradication, recovery, and root-cause analysis.
• Identify trends to improve monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
• Maintain and document post-incident findings and recommendations.
• Prepare security reports highlighting metrics, incidents and recommendations.
• Assist client audits and assessments.
