Job summary

Ski Utah seeks a Senior Manager of Snow Surfaces to provide strategic leadership for Grooming, Snowmaking and Terrain Park departments, aligning with Mountain Operations and company goals.

You will oversee short and long-term planning, budgets and capital expenditures, while driving safety, training, and staff development across the Snow Surfaces teams in a high-altitude resort environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Mountain Operations leadership experience with demonstrated progression of responsibility.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Snow Surfaces teams to positively impact guest and employee experience; recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee budgeting and capital expenditures; manage department budgets within parameters.
• Develop safety programs and multi-year strategies to advance safety excellence across the resort.
• Coordinate with department managers to recruit, hire, and train staff; ensure effective communication across teams.
