Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred; work experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in SMT manufacturing with conformal coating experience.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process development, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PCBAs manufacturing processes (stencil design, solder paste, pick-and-place, reflow).
• Lead DOE and PFMEA initiatives to improve process reliability and quality.
• Provide technical leadership to operators and support cross-functional teams.
• Configure BOMs and routings per product structure and internal standards.
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and support NPI activities for new products.
