Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior SME Systems Engineer specializing in aircraft sub-system integration, airworthiness, and electronic warfare for classified DoD programs. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and the ability to sustain program support at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities include developing system requirements, performing risk analyses, and coordinating with contractors and government teams to deliver advanced aero space capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background investigation.
• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert in electronic warfare and systems engineering for classified programs.
• Translate operational requirements into system-level documents and requirements.
• Apply systems engineering for modification, hardware/software development, and QA.
• Develop and present technical briefings and engineering strategies.
• Interface with contractors, vendors, and government representatives on engineering activities.
