Job summary

SRG4 Government Services seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead Air Force Research Laboratory portfolios at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will guide cost, schedule, performance, and risk across complex programs while aligning with APBs, DoD requirements, and mission objectives.

You will mentor Journeyman Program Managers, manage IMS/WBS in MS Project, and briefing at PMRs and senior reviews, with active TS/SCI clearance and SAP access as required.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification required.
• Minimum of 10 years of DoD cost and schedule management experience.
• Five years of SAP experience.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required; permanent residency does not meet program requirements.
• Extensive experience managing complex technical programs within a DoD acquisition environment.
• Experience developing and managing IMS and WBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of complex programs within approved Acquisition Program Baselines and in accordance with DoD 5000-series directives and PMBOK guidelines.
• Provide senior-level oversight of cost, schedule, performance, risk, acquisition, and program execution across assigned research and technology programs.
• Own and oversee resource-loaded IMS/WBS developed in Microsoft Project and integrated with applicable WBS.
• Direct monthly schedule updates and integrate program status across the portfolio for visibility into performance.
• Analyze program-health metrics, including cost and schedule variance, and identify potential impacts.
• Serve as the primary program-management briefer during PMRs, milestone decision briefings, and other senior-level reviews.
• Direct program risk-management activities per the DoD RIO Guide.
• Develop and review acquisition documentation and RFP inputs as needed.
• Coordinate with government leadership and technical teams to maintain alignment across objectives.
• Mentor Journeyman PMs and strengthen program-management execution.
