Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales management experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team; 20% in office tasks.
• Develop and monitor a territory plan and individual sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations.
• Organize regular team meetings for tool, process and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for reps and reporting of sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum’s offerings, market trends and competition.
