Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum's systems and tools.
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, process and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners.
