Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will coach, mentor, and drive the team to exceed budgeted sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining Spectrum’s position as the trusted provider of communication solutions.

You will split time between in-field leadership and office tasks, overseeing territory planning, training, and performance reviews to ensure compliance and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecom product and services sales.
• 5+ years of B2B sales management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum’s systems and tools.
• Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales.
