Job summary

Chase seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate to lead the servicing product lifecycle for small business lending and post-origination workflows. You will shape player-first experiences, partner with Design and Engineering to modernize the tech stack, and own end-to-end servicing journeys across digital and banker-assisted channels.

You will drive platform outcomes, manage the backlog, and ensure reliability, with a focus on measurable value for customers, bankers, and the firm.

Qualifications

4+ years in product management, product ownership, or related domains.
Strong customer-first thinking and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Design to deliver modern digital experiences.
Ability to write clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with platform modernization, APIs, and reliability improvements.
Able to influence in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and vision for small business lending servicing.
Own platform outcomes across core servicing domains for stability and usability.
Partner with Technology on modernization and cloud readiness.
Collaborate with Design for cohesive UX across channels.
Define end-to-end digital customer and banker-assisted servicing journeys.
Enable operations servicing capabilities and efficiency improvements.
Translate needs into epics and acceptance criteria.
Manage backlog aligned to roadmap and reliability expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery and post-launch measurement.
