Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate to lead the product lifecycle for servicing capabilities in Business Banking Small Business Lending Servicing, spanning self-service, banker-assisted servicing, and operations enablement.

You will partner with Design and Engineering to modernize the technology stack, deliver secure, reliable, intuitive experiences, and own cross-functional delivery from discovery to measurement across payments, statements,

Qualifications

4+ years of experience or equivalent in product management/ownership/platform ownership
Strong product mindset with customer-first thinking and measurable outcomes
Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Design to deliver modern digital experiences
Experience defining clear requirements and workflows and aligning teams on expectations
Experience with platform modernization, API design, and reliability improvements
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without authority
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
Background in Lending, Payments, Fintech, or Servicing/Operations
Familiarity with AI tooling such as agentic workflows or generative AI tools

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and vision for small business lending servicing delivering value to customers, bankers, and the firm.
Own platform outcomes across core servicing domains ensuring stability, scalability, and usability.
Partner with Technology on modernization, including APIs and cloud readiness.
Collaborate with Design to deliver a cohesive UX across channels via discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing.
Define and deliver end-to-end digital servicing journeys (payments, statements, maintenance, requests, payoff).
Define and deliver banker-assisted servicing journeys with case/status visibility and handoffs.
Enable operations servicing capabilities: case management, controls, efficiency improvements.
Translate needs into requirements and measurable KPIs; write epics and acceptance criteria.
Own and refine the product backlog aligned to roadmap and reliability expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery (UAT, release readiness, training inputs) and manage dependencies and risks.
