Qualifications

• 5–7 years of telecom network project management experience focused on small cell mods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across RF Engineering, Field Operations and Planning.
• Proficient in data analytics and real-time dashboards for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end network modification projects for active small cell sites.
• Analyze network architecture and data flows to modernize legacy infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, RF Design, and Planning teams to align on specs and deployment schedules.
• Create executive dashboards and reports on deployment velocity and risks.
