Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Network Project Manager in Irving, TX (Hybrid) to lead capital budgeting for a portfolio including in-building solutions. You will forecast spend, track budget-to-actuals, manage RFPs, and create cost models while presenting opportunities to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in business with a technical degree, strong analytical abilities, and experience with DAS/Neutral Host deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in business and a technical degree.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience managing capital budgets and expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Plan capital expenditures for the portfolio in line with Network, Sponsorship, and Sales priorities.
• Forecast spend vs. plan with business clients and track budget to actuals.
• Manage RFPs and prepare technical solutions for client requirements.
• Create cost models and what-if analyses with partners.
• Present investment opportunities to Finance and gain approvals.
