Job summary
Summit State Bank in Roseville, CA is seeking a full-time Senior Loan Processor for our Small Business Lending office. This role manages loan documentation, ensures policy compliance, opens escrow, coordinates third-party reporting, and supports loan submissions through LaserPro, E-Tran, and SBA One.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience; offers exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–5 years related experience.
- Advanced lending knowledge with strong customer service and attention to detail.
- Experience with commercial lending documentation and SBA eligibility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality control for loan packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Review packages for policy compliance and SBA eligibility as needed.
- Coordinate third-party reporting (OFAC, CAIVRS, SAM, credit reports, UCC searches).
- Submit loan applications through LaserPro, E-Tran, SBA One; track status and follow up with stakeholders.
- Support construction loan servicing tasks and prepare budget/spreadsheet reports.
