Job summary

Summit State Bank in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a full-time Commercial Loan Processor to join our corporate office. You will process and coordinate commercial loan transactions from approval through closing, working with relationship managers, credit administration, and title/escrow partners.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of banking or loan processing experience, knowledge of loan types and documentation, and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of banking or commercial loan processing experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial real estate, C&I, construction, SBA or other lending transactions is desirable.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan transactions from approval through closing.
• Gather and review financial, collateral, entity, title, insurance, and other required loan documentation.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Loan Operations, title/escrow companies, and other third parties.
• Identify documentation, title, collateral, or compliance issues and resolve them.
• Prepare and coordinate complete commercial loan packages for loan documentation and closing.
• Help ensure transactions comply with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
