The BDO will support lending teams across branches, source new business, and navigate credit structures with documentation and compliance in mind. Strong communication and networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in a financial related discipline preferred.
• 6-8 years in business development and/or financial services experience required.
• Proficient in small business lending products and active NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent business development strategy in the marketplace.
• Call planning and follow-up with potential clients and COIs.
• Maintain COI network and cultivate referrals to grow small business lending.
• Source mortgage lenders and build strong broker relationships across the state.
