Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of small business lending products and credit concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active NMLS registration status is expected or required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent business development strategy in the marketplace.
• Call planning, follow-up, and COI maintenance to generate referrals.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal line of business leaders and community contacts.
• Source mortgage lenders statewide to develop Centers of Influence.
• Navigate and structure credit facilities based on client needs and risk.
